What is Stress?
Stress symptoms may be affecting your health, even though you might not realize it and it is a normal physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way. The symptoms of stress and its response are the body’s way of protecting you and people experience stress differently; sometimes it can be helpful to think of the last time you know you were really stressed and use those signs to let yourself know if you might be stressed now. Listed below are some of the common warning signs and symptoms of stress.

• Seeing only the negative
• Anxious or racing thoughts
• Constant worrying
Keep in mind that the signs and symptoms of the stress can also be caused by other medical or psychological problems and it is important to see your doctor if you are experiencing any of the warning signs.
